5. Payment & Invoicing

• All services are subject to quotation-based pricing and formal agreement.

• Payments are to be made as per the agreed schedule.

• Government taxes such as GST will be applicable as per Indian tax laws.

6. Data Privacy

We comply with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. We ensure the confidentiality and security of client data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Service Delivery & Changes

Project timelines and deliverables are outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). We reserve the right to modify services or policies with reasonable prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service rendered. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Third-Party Tools

Some services may integrate third-party tools or APIs. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service contract by written notice, subject to mutually agreed terms in the contract.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
