Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Inteligrator Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we believe in transparency and client satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy aligns with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and IT Act, 2000 for digital services.

1. Project-Based Services (B2B/B2C)

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations requested within 48 hours of order confirmation will be eligible for a full refund, provided no work has begun.

  • Once the project has started, cancellation may lead to partial refunds based on resource allocation and progress.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to business@inteligrator.tech .

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds may be issued in cases where:

  • Service was not delivered within the agreed timeline due to our fault.

  • There is a proven breach of service scope or contractual obligation.

  • No part of the deliverable has been shared with the client.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

  • Customized software or licensed solutions already delivered.

  • Services delayed due to client-side dependencies (e.g., data, approvals).

  • Setup, consultation, or licensing fees already incurred.

2. Digital Products (if applicable in future)

Once purchased and downloaded/activated, digital products such as source codes, templates, or licenses are non-refundable unless defective.

3. Processing of Refunds

  • All valid refund requests will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment source.

  • A processing fee or bank charges may apply and be deducted from the refund amount.
